Personal and workplace stress counselling, coaching and support.
Access Stress Support provides specialist counselling, coaching and practical support for people experiencing personal or work related:
Stress, anxiety, depression, burnout
Bullying
Grief and loss
Stressful life transition or change
Carer well-being concerns
Older age mental health concerns.
Stress comes in many forms, and can lead to anxiety, depression, or burnout if it goes on for too long. We can also become more vulnerable to this as we grow older.
It might just be a niggling feeling not letting you relax easily or escalate to things like disturbed sleep, difficulties concentrating, memory issues, substance use or gambling, headaches or other physical ailments like significant weight changes, blood pressure, digestive issues, to name just a few. The impacts can transition into relationships, work or even post-retirement.
